EBar is preparing to take its industry-leading bar queue-busting solution overseas and this ambition has been underpinned by the recent award of patents for our pressure pour system in both the USA and Japan.
These patents protect EBar’s unique engineering Intellectual Property and prevent anyone from copying, using, importing, or selling our invention. It’s taken three and a half years to secure these coveted patent awards – but, as they say, patent is a virtue!
MD Nick Beeson said:
“The award of these milestone patents will allow us to expand internationally, protected from the risk that our innovative pressure pour system is copied. We spent a lot of time at the outset looking at different ways to pour a pint in a few seconds without risk of foaming and waste. Cup pressurisation was the only way that we found to do this and we will soon have this method protected in all our key markets worldwide.
“The patent applications are extremely detailed, so huge thanks go out to our engineering colleagues who drafted the EBar submissions and the patent team at Lincoln IP for their diligent work”
