Revolutionary lasers with novel applications will be developed as a result of a new collaboration between portfolio company Vector Photonics and a pioneering engineering unit at the University of Glasgow.
Vector Photonics will work with the University’s Critical Technologies Accelerator to create a new laser technology that can be used during the manufacturing process as well as integrated into next-generation augmented reality and virtual reality headsets. The collaboration agreement will enable Vector Photonics to leverage its pioneering work and strengthen its R&D capabilities.
