Equity Gap Portfolio, EnteroBiotix, has today announced the completion of a £19 million ($25 million) financing to advance EBX-102-02, its orally delivered investigational microbiome therapeutic, into Phase 2b development for Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (IBS-C).
The round was led by Thairm Bio and the Scottish National Investment Bank, with participation from new and existing investors, reflecting growing confidence in EBX-102-02 as a potential first-in-class therapy for IBS-C.
